What modes does the Kidz & Bellz thermometer have?
Our thermometer has three modes - Body temperature, room temperature, and object mode.
How do I know if the thermometer is safe to use?
All of our thermometers are carefully vetted to ensure they meet the highest quality and safety standards and, most importantly registered with the TGA.

Absolutely! We provide a quick and easy-to-understand user manual to help you get started with your thermometer.
How accurate is the thermometer?
Our thermometers have an accuracy reading within +/- 0.3 degrees.
What is the recommended distance for measuring temperature?
The thermometer is designed for use with a recommended measuring distance of no more than 3cm/1inch, in-between the eyes on your forehead for best accuracy.

How will my item be shipped?
We offer free standard shipping for orders over $149 with tracking by Australia Post. Australia, New Zealand and International orders are calculated at checkout.
