Terms and Conditions for the Kidz&Bellz Instagram Giveaway
By entering the Kidz&Bellz Instagram Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), you (the "Entrant") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.
1. Giveaway Overview
The Giveaway is hosted by Kidz&Bellz on Instagram. Entrants will have the chance to win a gift pack of Kidz&Bellz products valued at AUD $220 (the "Prize"). The winner will be drawn on the 15th of July 2025.
2. Eligibility
To enter the Giveaway, you must:
- Be a legal resident of Australia.
- Be aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Fulfill all entry requirements as outlined in Section 3 below.
3. How to Enter
To participate in the Giveaway:
- Follow the official Kidz&Bellz Instagram account.
- Like the Giveaway post on Instagram.
- Write a comment on the giveaway post.
Entries are unlimited; however, each comment tagging a unique friend counts as a separate entry.
All entries must be submitted between the Giveaway start date (as posted on the Instagram page) and 11:59 PM AEST on the 14th of July 2025 (the "Entry Period"). Late entries will not be accepted.
4. Prize Details
The winner will receive a Kidz&Bellz gift pack valued at AUD $220. The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
Kidz&Bellz reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if the advertised Prize is unavailable.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Entry Period. The winner will be announced via Instagram after the 15th of July 2025.
The winner will also be contacted directly via Instagram Direct Message (DM). The winner must reply to the DM within 7 days, providing their full name and Australian postal address in order to claim the Prize. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture, and a new winner may be drawn.

- Kidz&Bellz is not responsible for technical issues, including delays in entries, omissions, or interruptions.
- This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
- Kidz&Bellz is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the Prize.
7. Privacy
By entering the Giveaway, you consent to Kidz&Bellz collecting and using your personal information (name, Instagram username, and postal address) solely for the purposes of conducting the Giveaway and delivering the Prize. Your information will not be shared with third parties or used for any other purpose without your consent.
8. Important Information
- Entries deemed inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise non-compliant with these terms may be rejected at the discretion of Kidz&Bellz.
- Kidz&Bellz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
